The recovery week nobody schedules

Ask a member what they did for recovery last week and you usually get an answer about a foam roller. Ask about sleep and the answer gets quieter.
Across our floor, the members who progress most reliably are not the ones training six days a week. They are the ones training three or four days consistently for a year with sleep in a stable window.
Practical order of priority: sleep duration, then training frequency you can hold, then nutrition consistency, then everything else. Massage guns and ice baths are somewhere near the bottom.
Schedule the easy week before your body schedules it for you.
